Michael Coxen

Born and raised in New York, Michael is a sales and marketing professional with a healthy obsession for excellent customer service. Michael and his wife, Brooke, were drawn to Las Vegas to be a part of the exciting economic and cultural growth in this great city. In 2010, they launched a graphic design studio. They started from humble beginnings, turning the spare bedroom in their Summerlin house into their operation. Their strong service, paired with their keen design sense, allowed them to flourish in the local community creating couture wedding invitations for engaged couples all over Las Vegas. They grew that business and eventually sold it, in part so Michael could shift his attention to his first love: real estate. After years of personal growth, Michael’s career soared. He became a top 1% agent in Las Vegas in sales and customer service. A natural leader, Michael decided to launch Coxen Group so he could coach like minded agents how, they too, could grow both personally and professionally. For Michael, personally, he enjoys fitness, good food, craft cocktails, music, and design. His week is not complete without cycling through Summerlin or running through the desert. He enjoys spending time chilling with his wife and family, cooking, reading, meditating… and finding a few moments to indulge in Netflix and NFL Football :)
Brooke Coxen

A Southern California girl, Brooke’s career path began in graphic design and creative direction in the sports & events industry in Los Angeles. She later moved into corporate partnerships, managing accounts for several Fortune 500 companies. This experience fine-tuned her skill set in creating structure and order within an organization. Brooke eventually moved to New York City, following a calling to pursue more. She settled into the wedding industry as a sales director for a couture invitation design company. Brooke had not only re-discovered her creativity in the Big Apple, but was also blessed to meet her soul mate, Michael. In 2010, the duo packed their bags and moved to Las Vegas to pursue a new calling and to live near Brooke’s family. With their collective know-how, Brooke and Michael launched a graphic design studio and wedding invitation company, which they successfully grew and ultimately sold in 2018. Today, Brooke brings her culmination of business experience and hard work to Coxen Group. She has a passion for styling and staging homes, and she implements Feng Shui design principles into her work and into her life. When not working, you will most likely find Brooke on a dance floor. She loves music and can’t get enough of her dance fitness classes–especially Zumba!
Seth Everard

Las Vegas native! Seth has lived, played, and worked all over the city. His wife, Courtney, was also born and raised in Las Vegas, and they plan to do the same with their two kids. Seth has career backgrounds in escrow/title, project management, and customer service. He uses all of this to ensure a pleasant and efficient real estate experience. He’s seen this city change over the years, growing and expanding all across the valley. It has become a wonderful place to live with its diversity and options available for all lifestyle and walks of life. Las Vegas is home to several sports, including the Vegas Golden Knights (Hockey), and now the Vegas Raiders (Football)! Seth couldn't be happier with his home-life in Vegas. There are so many wonderful new places to bring the family, including the newer Downtown Summerlin in the heart of Summerlin or taking a nice hike in Red Rock trails. Originally a small town Midwest girl, Shelly is a versatile professional with over 19 years of experience taking care of people. She has a diverse background in insurance, pharma/retail management, coaching & instructing, and real estate. Shelly’s career journey started in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. In 2012, she had the opportunity to move to Las Vegas—the city of hopes and dreams, bright lights, and sunshine! She was excited to live the "Big City Life" and have a fresh start like so many people that move to Las Vegas hope for. Her amazing adventures over the years have taught her that positivity goes a long way, and that resilience is life. Shelly applies her greatest strengths to her career—emotional intelligence, relational skills, integrity, and dependability paired with pure determination. Her personal journey is similar to her professional journey…it has been a ride! As an avid cyclist, she enjoys time outdoors in the Vegas sun, regularly riding in her own backyard—Red Rock Canyon in Summerlin. Studying healthy habits and putting them into practice such as working out, meditating, and helping coach others be the best versions of themselves is her passion. On her down time, she enjoys a good book and hot tea or spending time with her husband Stephen, son Cam, and their little dog Wasabi. She’s blessed to have her family move close to her. Spending time with them and her "Chosen Family" of Las Vegas friends is a high priority.
